Easy Returns & Exchanges
At Joanovia Urban Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items marked as final sale, intimates, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Custom-tailored and personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item(s).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
