Easy Returns & Exchanges

At Joanovia Urban Boutique, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
• Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items marked as final sale, intimates, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Custom-tailored and personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item(s).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
• If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
